THERMS & CONDITIONS

SoulSync by Leah Luna

Last updated: August 2026

1. PROVIDER AND SCOPE

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to participation in SoulSync and related educational, mentorship and digital services offered by:

Leah Haller, trading as Leah Luna
Kurze Str. 13
30629 Hannover-Misburg-Anderten
Germany

Email: connect@itsleahluna.com
Phone: +49 176 81702815

Hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.

These Terms apply to contracts concluded for SoulSync through the Leah Luna website, Stripe checkout, or another expressly offered booking method.

A consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. SOULSYNC PROGRAM

SoulSync is a 10-week DJ mentorship and educational program combining progressively released digital course content, private mentorship, practice resources, personal feedback and community access.

The SoulSync 2026 mentorship includes:

• Six private 1:1 mentorship sessions with Leah Luna

• Access to the SoulSync online studio and course materials

• Masterclasses and practice resources

• Access to the private SoulSync community

• Personal feedback throughout the 10-week program

• Guidance towards the creation of a finished 30-minute DJ mix

Course materials are released progressively throughout the 10-week program. Purchasing SoulSync does not mean that all course content is made available immediately.

The specific program dates and organisational details communicated on the SoulSync sales page, checkout and/or booking confirmation form part of the purchased offer.

SoulSync is an educational and mentorship program. No particular artistic, professional, career, financial or performance result is guaranteed.

3. CONTRACT FORMATION

The presentation of SoulSync on the website does not itself constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

By completing the applicable Stripe checkout and submitting the order, the customer submits a binding order for the selected SoulSync offer.

The contract is concluded when the order is accepted and the customer receives confirmation.

Before submitting a paid online order, the customer will be informed of the material characteristics of the program, the total price, the applicable payment schedule and other legally required information.

The online ordering process will make clear that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

The applicable price and payment conditions are displayed before the customer submits the binding order.

Where offered for SoulSync 2026, customers may choose between the following payment options:

PAYMENT IN FULL

€799 paid in one payment.

PAYMENT PLAN

€299 initial payment plus four monthly instalments of €135.

Total payment-plan price: €839.

The €299 initial payment is due immediately upon booking and reserves the participant’s SoulSync place.

No additional €135 instalment is charged at the time of booking.

The first €135 instalment becomes due on the official SoulSync program start date.

Three further instalments of €135 become due monthly thereafter.

The payment schedule is therefore:

At booking: €299

Program start: €135

One month after program start: €135

Two months after program start: €135

Three months after program start: €135

Total: €839.

The payment plan is an instalment arrangement for the total SoulSync program price. It is not an indefinitely recurring monthly membership.

If the Provider applies the small-business VAT exemption under § 19 UStG, VAT will not be separately charged to the extent provided by applicable law.

5. AUTHORISATION OF PAYMENT-PLAN CHARGES

Customers selecting the SoulSync payment plan are informed before completing their purchase that the total payment-plan price is €839, consisting of an initial payment of €299 and four subsequent monthly instalments of €135.

Where Stripe or another payment provider is used to store a payment method and process subsequent instalments, the customer must provide the authorisation required by the applicable payment provider for those future payments.

By selecting the payment plan and providing the necessary payment authorisation, the customer authorises the agreed instalments to be charged to the payment method provided according to the agreed payment schedule.

This is subject to the customer’s statutory rights and applicable payment-services law.

The customer’s agreement to the payment plan does not limit any statutory withdrawal, termination, warranty or other mandatory consumer rights.

Revoking a payment authorisation does not, by itself, extinguish an underlying payment obligation that otherwise continues to exist under the contract.

6. FAILED OR OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS

If an agreed instalment cannot be successfully collected, the Provider may contact the participant and request payment or an alternative payment method.

The participant remains responsible for amounts validly due under the contract.

Subject to applicable law and after reasonable notice, access to services that have not yet been provided may be temporarily suspended while an overdue payment remains outstanding.

Any statutory rights of the participant remain unaffected.

7. PROGRAM START AND COURSE ACCESS

Payment of the €299 initial payment reserves the participant’s place in SoulSync.

Payment of the €299 initial payment alone does not provide immediate access to SoulSync course materials or commence the mentorship program.

SoulSync course access and mentorship begin on the communicated official program start date.

For participants using the payment plan, the first €135 instalment is due on that date.

Digital course content is released progressively throughout the 10-week mentorship according to the program structure.

Participants therefore do not receive the complete digital course library at the beginning of the program.

Live mentorship and digital course elements together form part of the SoulSync mentorship experience.

8. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers entering into a distance contract have a statutory right of withdrawal where provided by law.

The Provider supplies separate Withdrawal Information (“Widerrufsbelehrung”) explaining the applicable withdrawal period, procedure and consequences.

The statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days.

The exercise of the statutory withdrawal right does not require the consumer to provide a reason.

Nothing in these Terms restricts or replaces statutory withdrawal rights.

Describing the €299 initial payment as a payment that reserves a SoulSync place does not remove any statutory right to reimbursement where a valid statutory withdrawal requires reimbursement.

9. COMMENCEMENT OF SOULSYNC AND DIGITAL CONTENT

SoulSync course content and mentorship do not begin immediately following payment of the €299 initial payment.

They begin on the communicated official program start date.

Where the program begins while a participant’s statutory withdrawal period is still running, any legally required express request or consent concerning commencement of services before expiry of the withdrawal period will be obtained separately where required.

Where the provision of paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium begins before expiry of an applicable withdrawal period, any legally required express consent and acknowledgement concerning commencement and the consequences for the withdrawal right will also be obtained separately where required.

Such consent will not be assumed merely because the participant accepted these Terms.

10. 1:1 MENTORSHIP SESSIONS AND RESCHEDULING

SoulSync includes six private 1:1 mentorship sessions with Leah Luna.

Participants are responsible for attending their scheduled sessions.

A participant wishing to reschedule a session must normally provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or where a participant does not attend an agreed session, the session may be treated as used unless exceptional circumstances make this unreasonable or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Where Leah Luna needs to reschedule a session, an alternative appointment will be offered.

11. DIGITAL COURSE ACCESS

SoulSync includes digital educational content that may include video lessons, audio materials, written resources, exercises, masterclasses and other learning resources.

Course content is unlocked progressively throughout the 10-week program.

Where lifetime access is expressly included in the purchased SoulSync offer, participants will continue to have access to the applicable released course materials following completion of the program, subject to reasonable technical changes, platform migrations and circumstances outside the Provider’s reasonable control.

“Lifetime access” does not guarantee the indefinite existence of any particular third-party course platform.

Login credentials and personal course access may not be shared with other persons.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SoulSync videos, course materials, recordings, teaching resources, worksheets, graphics, written materials and other original program content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Participants receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the provided materials for their own learning.

SoulSync materials may not be sold, reproduced, redistributed, uploaded, publicly shared, sublicensed or commercially exploited without prior authorisation from the Provider, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

Participants retain their rights in their own original creative work, including their own music and DJ mixes.

13. SOULSYNC COMMUNITY

Where included in the purchased offer, participants receive access to the private SoulSync community.

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully.

Harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, deliberate disruption, unlawful content or serious infringement of another person’s rights is not permitted.

Serious or repeated violations may result in appropriate measures, including removal from the community where legally permissible and proportionate.

14. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and a device capable of accessing SoulSync’s digital materials and online sessions.

Participants are also responsible for obtaining the DJ equipment and software communicated as necessary for participation unless expressly stated otherwise in the purchased offer.

The Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by the participant’s own internet connection, equipment or systems outside the Provider’s reasonable control.

15. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY AND RESULTS

SoulSync provides education, mentorship, feedback and creative guidance.

Participants remain responsible for their own practice, implementation, creative decisions and artistic development.

Individual progress varies according to factors including practice, participation, previous experience and individual circumstances.

No particular artistic, professional, commercial, financial, career or performance outcome is promised or guaranteed.

16. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION AFTER THE STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Statutory withdrawal, termination, warranty and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

After expiry or lawful loss of an applicable statutory withdrawal right, a participant’s decision not to attend or continue SoulSync does not automatically extinguish payment obligations that remain validly due under the agreed contract.

Any right to terminate the contract for cause or other mandatory statutory rights remains unaffected.

17. CHANGES, RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION BY THE PROVIDER

Reasonable organisational changes to individual dates, session times or program delivery may be made where necessary, provided that they do not materially reduce the overall contractual service.

Participants will be informed of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

If an individual mentorship session cannot take place because of illness or another circumstance affecting Leah Luna, an alternative session will be offered.

If SoulSync as a whole cannot be delivered and no reasonable equivalent replacement is provided, payments relating to services that will not be provided will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable law.

18. LIABILITY

The Provider is liable without limitation where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health under the applicable statutory conditions.

For slightly negligent breaches, liability is governed by applicable German law, including the rules concerning material contractual obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by mandatory law.

19. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Provider’s separate Privacy Policy.

Payment processing is carried out through the payment providers offered at checkout, including Stripe where applicable.

Additional processing by those providers is subject to their respective data-protection provisions.

20. ELECTRONIC WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION

Where legally required for a SoulSync distance contract concluded through an online user interface, an electronic withdrawal function will be made available during the applicable withdrawal period.

The electronic withdrawal function is separate from the participant’s other legally available methods of exercising the statutory withdrawal right.

The withdrawal function will be made available in accordance with applicable German law.

21. APPLICABLE LAW

German law applies.

Where the participant is a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the participant of mandatory consumer protections applicable under the relevant law.
